About
Birmingham-born multi-instrumentalist Judah Daniels is forging an exciting path in contemporary jazz, drawing on Caribbean gospel, RnB, and classical influences. Judah’s groove-based piano style, reminiscent of Ahmad Jamal and Oscar Peterson, sits at the heart of his sound. With his recent release from the jazz quartet TEMOR and collaborations across genres, Judah’s music continues to reflect the freedom, community, and love that drive his creative vision.
Judah Daniels leads a dynamic trio performing lyrical originals and inventive takes on standards. Joined by Macy Wright or Josh Vadiveloo on double bass and George Grundy or Luke McCarthy on drums, the group puts into conversation tradition, RnB and modern jazz.
